The youth group at Stilesville
Christian Church is for
all school age children. We divide the group in half according to ages
1-6th grade and 7-12th grade. We typically meet once a month for about
an hour and a half. During that time we sing, have
Bible study, the
younger children play games, and we have refreshments.
Some special activities we have done include
Christmas caroling at a Nursing Home, hosting a
yard sale to raise
money for special outings, sending letters to soldiers, and presenting
Christmas programs during worship service at church. We also took
several of the youth bowling and out for pizza this past spring. Every
October we have a Halloween party at a church member's back yard , every
December we have a Christmas party, and at
Easter we have an egg hunt and party for the youth.
